What the form collects, and where it goes
This site has one form. This page says plainly what it asks for, who receives it, who will email you, and what stays here. Nothing else on the site collects personal data.
What the form asks for
The request form collects your name, a work email, and optionally your company and another email address linked to your repositories, such as a GitHub or personal address. It records whether you submit as a developer or company or as an agency, the page you submitted from, and whether you ticked "Keep me posted". That is the whole list. No code is uploaded through this site, and the site never sees your repositories.
Where the request goes
The request goes directly to the company that does the assessment and licensing. It registers the request on its licensing platform as a request that came from this site, checks it against its own records, and handles it under its own privacy policy, as its own controller. Signing up on that platform, signing the agreement and connecting GitHub all happen there, not here. That company sends no emails from this flow.
What the site operator keeps
The operator of this site keeps its own copy of each request (name, emails, company, page, opt-in) in its automation tool, in order to send the emails described below. It also sees submissions in a tracking sheet that the licensing company shares with it. The site itself runs no database of requests.
Emails
Everyone who submits the form gets one email straight away with what qualifies, the indicative terms and the signup link. Further emails go only to people who ticked "Keep me posted", and they are occasional. Replying to any email, or asking to stop in any other way, ends them. The licensing company sends no emails from this flow.
Analytics and hosting
Page views are counted with Plausible, which sets no cookies and stores no personal identifiers. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. The form may run an optional bot check from the hosting provider, and the host may keep short technical logs of requests, as hosts do.
Questions
Reply to any email you received from this site. If you have not received one, the form is the only channel, and a request with a note in the name field is read by a person.
