Digital Delivery Policy

Delivery Time

Once your order is confirmed and payment is successfully processed, you will receive your license key and activation instructions via email.
Typical delivery time: within 5 to 30 minutes, but in some rare cases, it may take up to 24 hours due to stock verification or system checks.

You will receive your digital product at the email address provided during checkout. Please make sure it is entered correctly.

If you do not receive your license within 24 hours, please contact us immediately at support@codelicenses.com.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Non-Refundable Items

Once a license key has been delivered to your email, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This is because license codes are unique and considered used once disclosed to the buyer.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be issued under the following conditions:

  • You did not receive the product after 24 hours and we failed to resolve the issue.

  • The license key provided is proven to be invalid or non-functional and we are unable to provide a working replacement.

  • You accidentally purchased a duplicate license from our store and it has not yet been delivered.

To request a refund, please send a detailed email to support@codelicenses.com, including your order number and any relevant information.

Please note: We reserve the right to refuse refunds for licenses that have already been activated or misused.
